I’m a curious observer of the human experience—of the patterns we carry, the relationships that shape us, and what lies beneath the surface.

I offer a warm, thoughtful space to slow down and explore what may be shaping the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. Together, we can begin to understand the experiences and patterns beneath the surface, creating greater clarity and new possibilities for change.

My approach is supportive, relational, and grounded in psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work at a pace that allows for reflection and discovery, while tailoring our work to your individual needs and experience.

I work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, with particular experience supporting children, adolescents, parents, and neurodiverse families. My work as a school counselor at Park Century School has further shaped my understanding of the complexities of childhood, family relationships, and neurodiversity.

Therapy is a process of understanding—one that can create the space to see ourselves, our relationships, and our possibilities in a new way.
