INTERN PROGRAM

Coastal Family Therapy Services (“Coastal”) provides training and supervision to MFT and LCSW graduate and post-graduate students from numerous universities throughout Orange County. Coastal strives to provide paid internship opportunities for multicultural and multiethnic trainees and interns. The goal of this program is to provide opportunities for Coastal’s staff to work with a wide variety of populations, to increase cultural competency and attain special skills necessary to meet the needs of client populations who would not otherwise receive services.

Coastal Family Therapy Services trains MFT and LCSW Interns and Trainees to specialize in the prevention and treatment of domestic violence and chemical dependency, as well as individual, family, and group therapy.
